Purchasing requests

The portal records purchasing requests. Submission is not acceptance of an order and does not collect payment. Availability, delivery, shipping costs, taxes, customs charges and payment terms are confirmed in our formal quotation. Prices are in EUR. Published prices are gross list reference prices. Your assigned quantity pricing is shown in your signed in account. Final prices and commercial terms require an individual quotation.

Before a sale is accepted

The seller company is planned and its legal registration and payment facilities are not yet confirmed. The website currently accepts requests for review, not payments or binding purchases. Do not send money based on this website or a customer-uploaded payment instruction. Seller identity, billing details, final product and freight totals, applicable taxes, availability, delivery terms and payment instructions must be confirmed before a sale.

Delivery and changes

Enter accurate business billing and delivery details. Delivery estimates are subject to supplier and carrier confirmation. No international free shipping is promised. Partial deliveries require agreement and an itemized packing record; tracking is provided only by the actual carrier. Changes to quantities or destination require an updated quotation.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

Contact [email protected] with the request reference to ask for cancellation or report a problem. Return authorization, the return destination and any applicable costs must be agreed before sending goods. Specific warranty and return conditions will be provided with the final quotation before sale. Cancellation does not itself mean that money has been returned. Any refund must be separately verified, and accounting corrections issued by the accounting provider when required. Nothing here limits mandatory legal rights.

Your account and information

We use your signed in identity, business contact details, billing and delivery addresses, payment preferences and purchasing requests to manage your customer account, prepare quotations and communicate about your requests. These records are stored in the portal database and made available to the authorized business owner. Keep your account details accurate.

Optional product updates

Marketing consent is optional and separate from registration. You can withdraw it by clearing the product updates checkbox and saving your account details. We retain a dated record of consent changes. Registration and purchasing requests do not depend on marketing consent.
